We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and AI-generated outputs (excluding user inputs) remain the property of BrekkieAI Inc. You may use AI-generated outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any attempt to copy, redistribute, or exploit our system or outputs without permission is prohibited.

The content generated by our AI assistant is for informational and creative purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, or nutritional guidance). Use at your own discretion.

6. Beta Disclaimer

brekkie.ai is currently in a beta phase. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. By using the Service, you acknowledge that functionality may be limited and that data loss or errors may occur.

7. User Input Responsibility
